Then you will select the competencies that matter most, review and edit the guide, and share them with your interviewers. The best part? What Competencies Does The Role Require?

Our competency model meets the needs of organizations and jobs across the spectrum. From Active Listening to Cultural Intelligence and much more – you will select your competencies and the number of interview questions you need for each competency. You can choose up to three questions per competency, but most clients only ask two before they know if they have the right candidate!

You will also choose the order you want each competency to appear in the guide. We mean it when we say each guide is customized to meet your needs!

Finally, you will review the draft guide and edit as necessary. You will be able to select questions that best fit your job, culture, and personal interviewing style.
